Your satisfaction is important to us. All our merchandise is top quality, so we rarely receive requests for returns. We personally inspect, count, and prepare each stock order that is shipped. If there is a problem with your merchandise, please contact us immediately during office hours 800 841 8691 Monday – Friday 9-5.
No returned merchandise will be accepted without our prior authorization. Items eligible for credit must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging. The original printed receipt that was included with your shipment must accompany each item returned.
No refunds will be issued for any items returned without a receipt. No refunds will be processed for a purchase beyond 14 days. SALE merchandise and wholesale orders are not returnable, unless the return is a result of our error.
Merchandise deemed to be defective will be replaced with the same or equivalent merchandise at the time of return. Defective merchandise will be replaced, but not refunded. Defective merchandise is deemed so at our sole discretion. All claims of defective merchandise must be made within 14 days of the original sale. We are unable to process any claims beyond 14 days.
Refunds for items purchased on-line will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase. Unless the return is a result of our error, the cost of returning the product is at the purchaser’s expense. Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. The appropriate tax amount will be included with your refund. If a promotional code or discount was used to purchase the item, only the actual price paid will be refunded.
Refunds on international transactions may differ from original purchase price due to fluctuation of bank exchange rates between date of original transaction and date of refund. Pin Peddlers, Inc. does not assume any liability for exchange rate fluctuations. All sales and credits are issued in United States Dollars (USD) only.
Our handcrafted merchandise is excellent quality, and we personally inspect every order before shipment. You can be confident that we will not send you defective merchandise. Custom merchandise cannot be returned. Any cancellation of a custom order in process will be subject to the costs incurred to date.
